Our Client : Our client a renowned name in the FMCG industry is looking for a Category Head for Personal Care & Beauty to lead the entire Africa business. 


A professional to lead and accelerate the growth in Nigeria. The organization has envisioned a steep acceleration of growth in Nigeria hence the incumbent needs to come armed with a proven track record in staying ahead of the curve. 


Your Role : 


- You'll be accountable for setting up and delivering on growth objectives for the category you would be an assertive "growth enabler" who has a positive track record of maneuvering through the various challenges that faced the African markets last year. 


- Leading the strategy development, NPD and consumer communication. 


- Developing a clear vision combining all the factors of local /regional and global strategic initiatives. 


- Working with a team you should be able to carry people with you and develop / mentor talent to higher levels. 


- Utilize a thorough understanding of the African consumer, customer and competitor environment to develop compelling category/brand strategies, aligned to group brand strategies. 


Must Have:

- Demonstrated experience in Brand Management. 


- Professional Qualification in Marketing is essential.
