Job Description:
- Reporting to - Chief Marketing Officer
- Owning the Brand P&L
- Develop strategies and innovation master plans for the client's portfolio/category in line with the business objectives
- Drive category management, media planning, and market research planning, execution and review processes
- Drive the new product pipeline, plan and execute launches & GTM strategy for new products
- Responsible for Sales and Market Share growth
- Build marketing capabilities among the marketing team
- Drive the brand equity and brand communication for the category/brand portfolio
- Manage investment levels and allocation of spends by category and brands
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and deliver market-share, gross-margin and financial targets for each brand
Candidate Profile:
- MBA - 2010 batch and below, from Tier 1 college
- Experience preference - 10-13 years
