Experience and Qualification :
- 3+ years of experience in category P&L management, preferably in non-impulse categories

- Managed a small team across demand and fulfillment tracking
- Solved for pipeline and supply-demand mismatch
- Actively used real time analytics for reviews and performance standards improvement
