Catalogue Manager - Internet/Online

- Catalog management - Ensuring high quality and accuracy of the product listing within TAT.

- Managing sold outs--Ensuring right mix of products listing which contributes to top line and ensuring no dead inventory. Availability of fast movers at all times/refills/ample pipeline within tat.

- Coordinate with the content manager/agencies and ensuring they deliver within timelines with high quality standards.

- Coordinating with offline store managers for store requirements.

- Working with various team to drive better conversions, SOPs to ensure the smooth functioning of the daily operations.

- Liaising with brands/vendor/exporters for new products and exclusive products sourcing.

- Negotiate for Margin improvement from time to time. Also negotiate offers for Clearance of sale stock with revised margins, return clauses, etc.

- Reviewing customer feedback/NPS reports and find areas to improve customer experience.

- Responsible for the top line and bottom line.

- Vendor development & management, vendor relationship management.

- Proficient in data and analytics to identify growth areas and execute.

Required Candidate profile :

- Prior experience in Cataloguing, Listings, Sourcing and Vendor management in Pet Care Category.

- A Pet lover, knowledgeable about Pets, breeds etc.

- Problem solving approach and a great executor, somebody who gets work done within timelines.

- Good Communication skills

- Takes 100% ownership of the work
