Catalog Manager - Media (6-8 yrs)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will develop and execute the company's catalogue streaming strategy across various digital streaming services, with a particular focus on marketing and promotions.

- Ensuring we are driving additional revenue and market share across retail partners

- Working with internal teams around the creation of new ways to present catalogue music

- Identify and exploit real-time cultural moments involving catalogue content maximizing consumption around memes and viral media

- Plan and deliver a relevant regionally annual programming calendar for Music

- Direct and lead a team to drive audience development, engagement and revenue around the Company Music exisiting music catalog

SKILLS NEEDED

- 6-8 years- experience in the music/entertainment industry

- Understanding of the music industry landscape, particularly with digital music services;

- Previous experience in sales and marketing in the entertainment industry

- Strong writing skills, attention to detail and time management;

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Influence the online behavior and consumption habits of core catalogue music consumers.

- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize strategy.

- Deep understanding of all streaming platforms and behavior.

- Dynamic team leader and passionate music fan with broad knowledge of music and the digital landscape
