Job description:

In this role, the associate consultant will help the company to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve the business performance of its clients. You will use your business skills to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills to solve the issues plaguing the client. You will be are primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, management and operations of an organization. You will be required to identify options for the organization and suggest recommendations for change, as well as helping with additional resources to implement solutions. Typically, associate consultants will be part of a consulting assignment and will be responsible for necessary business analysis and solution, data analysis etc.

Job includes:

- Understand the client's needs and requirements

- Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organization

- Capable of conducting competitor analysis, analyse business practices, understanding industry verticals

- Consulting, advising, and creating programs to fill the gaps between actual situations and desired ones

- Interviewing client's employees, management team and other stakeholders

- Design and develop new business models for different functions or company as a whole

- Prepare recommendations for improvements

- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops, conferences and other interaction platforms

- Preparing business proposals/presentations

- Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out

- Managing projects and programmes

- Improving work performance and organisational communication

- Increasing employee motivation and morale

- Defining the client company's mission, goals and objectives

- Achieving client satisfaction

- Raising the company's client base and market segment

- Interacting with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions

Requirements:

- MBA from top tier institute with minimum one year of experience post MBA.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
