Casio - Manager/Senior Manager - Channel Sales - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (7-13 yrs)

Job Description:

1. To handle channel sales for PAN India.

2. To expand distribution network and expand dealer base; and expand sales as per Company strategy.

3. To maintain discipline in market in terms of market operating prices, prevent interstate movement of material.

4. To asist Sales Head in market development activities.

5. To give timely and correct feedback of market situation to management with idea of improving the shortcomings .

JD with Mandatory Conditions:

1. Should have experience of handling annual business volume of around Rs. 150 Crores and 40 channel partners (distributors) and sales team of atleast 8-10 people (mix of lower and middle level person).

2. Should have exposure in handling sales of large region and multiple distributors; and have worked in different regions of India.

3. Have ability to develop good relation with distributors and be convincing in communicating them on company strategy.

4. Good knowledge of distribution system.

5. Strong analytical skills.

6. Should be an MBA from Tier-I B School only.
