1. Retail Network Expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Developing Network Expansion Plan in line with Organizational Strategy
- Identify Retail Developers & Properties and Create Project Funnel at National Level
- Negotiate to get the optimum Locations in line with Business Model
- Manage store leasing & project development work through all phases till the project completion and handover for operation
2. Quality Market Presence
- Evaluate, Identify and Enroll the appropriate Retailers & Operators in line with Organizational Strategy on EBO Expansion
- Ensure Maintenance of Partner's Standards in line with Organizational Guidelines
- Constantly Review, Refine and Improve work processes and standardization in collaboration with all departments
3. Market Trend and Competition Analytics
- Analyze the market trend and change of customer's shopping preferences
- Take corrective action to be nearer to the customer
- Follow the competition activities in the market and plan appropriate action
4. Channel Financials
- Develop Store Specific P&L in collaboration with Sales Team
- Review P&L progress with Sales & Operating Partners
- Take Corrective Actions on Rental & Locations in response to changes in Market Dynamics
