- Budgeting and Planning: Budgeting and planning for all product categories on the digital platform while defining the objective of spends for ROI analysis. Have lowered down the customer acquisition cost while achieving higher reach to customers. Responsible for Creation and execution of marketing plans for all product categories (watches, calculators, musical instruments, projectors, label printers and accessories while defining the key activities for the durations and setting up ROI for benchmarking with key justifications.
- Brand Campaigns: Planning, designing and executing Digital Branding campaigns, creative strategy for brand awareness, latest product launches, brand placement communication as well as conversion campaigns for e-commerce websites with in Google ads, yahoo ads, mailer campaigns, sms campaigns, blogs and directly with publishers in minimal cost. Handle Search engine ads, Display ads, Re-Marketing ads, mobile ads, Video Ads.
- Social Media Marketing: Strategizing engagement activities, creative and communication with focus to brand philosophy and product category to various user segment with planned timelines, integration of events on digital platform, contest and engagement theme creation, promotion of consumer offers and scheme, Management of Facebook and twitter ad platform for branding campaigns. Setting up of cross promotion with partners.
- Website Management & Development: Development, Planning and marketing of brand websites, e-commerce website with objective for optimized goal achievement, vendor handling, project negotiations, team management. Creation of activities with focused communication for optimized results, regular maintenance, user experience update, analytics reporting on performance, mobile app experience and compatibilities with third parties services for integration, developed e-commerce website for the brand and working on cross platform activations for site, update on websites related to products, creative, campaigns, consumer information etc. on timely basis
- Response Management: creation of an efficient and effective co-ordination with different departments in order to create the most effective response management and creation of correct communication across the mediums while involving different departments.
- Project Management: Looking after new projects of developing a digital info system in the exclusive stores with the objective of creation of unique user experience to increase footfall and conversions at the stores with focus on hardware, software, system design and user experience while enhancing the web presence and search ability across for the physical stores. Also redefining the user experience of the e-commerce website as per the learning to create more conversions while focusing on creation of Omni channel enabled website to sync offline showrooms for creation of a unique customer experience.
- Optimization of Ads accounts: Handle and optimize Google ad words and other publishers (Search, display, mobile, video, shopping) for planning and execution of paid ads while keeping the objective defined for performance benchmarking with respect to money spent. Also handle the social paid ads account of Facebook, instagram and twitter to increase product reach and brand awareness on the digital platform. Also finding key placements on the digital ad networks for placement of products with an objective of creation of traffic, conversions and awareness. Achieved a lower CPA and higher conversions rate than the current industry standard.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Syncing the offline activities with the digital activities for creation of a 360 degree engagement by use of existing social mediums and generating brand loyalists with the same and to reach more users. Created engagement for musical instruments category for A R Rahman meet, musical enthusiast meet, G-Shockers parties, G-Shock community building across the country, Bluetooth watches launches with connected campaigns. Engaged influencers and blogger on both digital and offline channel to enhance the brand presence.
- E-Commerce: Responsible for creation of brands e-commerce website while with focus on developing user experience and creation of new content for better engagement and conversions. Responsible for generating key traffic to the website for revenue generation. Also working in sync with e-commerce websites and partners for marketing activations to increase brand reach and awareness.
- Content Creation: Running content creation activities both in house and agencies to create more user engagement and information reach with the objective of more conversions and better user experience. Making sure the brand guidelines, imagery, technology and lifestyle is followed in the product content to meet expectations while retaining a lower cost model with high efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Handing vendors for SEO activities, ad networks and various publisher networks, mailer agencies, website development agencies, product cataloging vendors, photo and video specialist vendors with the aim of lower activity cost with highest efficiency. Also responsible for hiring influencers and blogger with key roles for digital channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Timely analysis & reporting of executed plans in measurable numbers for the platforms of social media, websites, and engagement activities, support to offline team, activations performance for best results. Taking corrective actions. Doing experimentation with detailed reporting for brand campaigns to create a creative and communication with best results
