- Understand consumer behaviour and make communication strategy accordingly
- Manage product life cycle and plan promotions as per dynamics
- Inter & Intra departmental communication to synchronise marketing efforts
- Work on various activities like visual merchandising, digital marketing, events & promotions, various other ATL & BTL communications etc.
- Work on promotion for various channels - showrooms, channel, modern retail & e-commerce marketing
- Need to handle loyalty programs to develop trust
- Continuously analyse & evaluate various activities and take corrective measures to optimise output
- Regular creation & discussion on MIS for structured review.
