CashRich - Wealth Manager

CashRich is a Fintech startup in the wealth management space. The company was recognised as one of the top 10 fintech startups by Government of Maharashtra. The company has recently raised venture funding to scale its operations.

The Wealth Manager at CashRich is expected to deliver the following:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive mutual funds sales strategy for different customer segments

- Understand customer behaviour and risk preferences to provide suitable financial solutions (primarily mutual funds and insurance)

- Create and update marketing materials for regular customer communication

- Responsible for new client acquisition and nurturing existing relationships with clients. Develop great relationship with clients through regular reporting.

- Own the full sales cycle to achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis

- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process

- Review clients' portfolios regularly to find out whether any changes are required

- Monitor financial market trends to ensure that clients are updated in case of any important developments affecting their portfolio

Suitable incentives and ESOPs along with a competitive salary shall be offered to candidates with relevant work experience either in the mutual fund industry or in the insurance industry.
