Cashinvoice - Manager - Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee accounting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, optimize cash flow, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis and budgeting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in the system.

- Oversee accounting, auditing, and tax compliance processes.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and align it with strategic objectives.

- Conduct financial data analysis to support business decisions.

- Prepare periodic management reports, budgets, and data insights.

- Participate in funding and due diligence activities.

- Collaborate with sales management to optimize incentive structures.

- Monitor and optimize cash flow management.

- Ensure timely filing and compliance of TDS and GST returns.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA, B.Com, or Semi-qualified CA preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing.

- Proficiency in financial software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or SunSystem.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

- Effective communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
