Team Lead/ Manager - B2B Farming ( Inbound Sales , Account Management)

- Cross Selling and Upselling marketing solutions to increase visibility.
- Build and maintain progressive client relationships.

- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including feedback at the client's end.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and help them to be up to date with the market updates.
- Create and suggest different marketing strategies to the client.
- Tracking the amount of business generation for clients and suggest expansion strategies.
- Retention of account by proactively identifying pain-points and solving them swiftly.
- Ensure a high degree of responsiveness and ownership to minimize escalations and maintain service recovery.
- Analyse and use data to create performance reports that effectively communicate value for partners.
- Acquisition of new clients & penetration in payments business to grow your portfolio
- Execution of retention plan for churned & inactive merchants.
Must Have Skills :
- Knowledge of best customer service practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients
- Previously sales/KAM experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of account management / sales experience
Good to have :
- Experience in FinTech / Technology organisations
- Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven companies
