Cashfree - Senior Product Marketing Manager - Identity Verification Suite

ROLE: Senior PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER (IDENTITY VERIFICATION SUITE)

Cashfree Payments, India's leading Banking and API Solutions provider, is looking for an enterprising Senior Product Marketing Manager for its IDENTITY VERIFICATION SUITE.

What we expect from you -

- You will have ownership and responsibility to drive growth and improve retention for our Verification suite products.

- You will own the product and feature launches, go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and value proposition to build these.

- You will be expected to interact with existing and prospective customers and will be the voice of the customer.

- You will have the responsibility to craft the vision and strategy for the products you manage, and will be expected to size the market and identify the right segments along with Cashfree's Product team.

- You will be expected to understand the relevant customer segments and target audiences to design and implement effective sales strategies to enable Cashfree's sales team to achieve their targets.

- You will work with the central marketing team to drive communication across all channels - email, social media, dashboard notifications, WhatsApp messages, pitch decks, landing pages, etc.

What you bring to the table :

- 4-7 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology companies, preferably from the payments, identity verification or AML ecosystem;

- Strong ability to engage and deal with complexity, especially around technology products, including the capacity to understand how best to sell technically sophisticated solutions to different B2B personas;

- Excellent communication skills that enable you to be brief, impactful, and compelling in expressing ideas or demonstrating value.

- Good analytical skills to be able to slide and dice data and take informed decisions.

- The ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally with multiple high-performing teams, particularly in technology-driven companies making complex software solutions for the Indian market;

- Be outcome and result-oriented, enabling you and your team to prioritize on possible solutions and work optimally to achieve your and the organization's goals and targets.
