Roles & Responsibilities: - Strategy planning and its execution for overall growth of sales verticals - inbound and partnerships - Introduce / Implement new SOPs to make daily processes streamlined - Track and improve the funnel metrics - lead qualification, sales conversion, renewal / revivals - Define and own growth metrics for both the sales verticals - Coordinate with marketing, product and operations teams for various initiatives - Own the data and its analytics for both the sales verticals Preferred Qualifications - At least 2-4yrs of work experience in start-ups, preferably SaaS (Payment gateways, Fintech) / B2B - At least 1 year of previous experience in program / project / growth management, revenue management, sales operations - Good mix of strategic planning and faster execution - Highly efficient in cross-functional roles with basic understanding of marketing, product management, operations - Problem solver, Biased for action, Knack for continuous improvement in processes - Advanced understanding of excel, strong grip on numbers and good communication skill
