What You Will Do: - Overseeing the overall operations of the key accounts team - Managing & leading the Inbound Farming team, who will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the new merchants coming through various inbound lead sources. - Understanding gap & resolving issues of merchant to avoid transaction dispute and maintaining Transaction Growth. - Working towards growing the overall portfolio and overlooking the entire Farming operations across our diverse range of products - Generating new leads for market penetration in Transaction and Gross Monitory Value Tracking & analyzing root cause for transaction drop & resolution of it - Understanding gap & resolving issues of merchant to avoid transaction dispute and maintaining Transaction Growth. - Working closely with teams from other departments to ensure that the issues faced by the merchant are resolved at the earliest - Maintaining Strong relationship with Small Businesses & Mid-Market clients and Maintaining brand visibility in across payments market - Ensuring that the team is high on Motivation and maintaining a strong sales rigors among the team members - Involvement in strategic discussions in terms of identifying new areas of opportunity, vision for the team and AOP/Budgeting exercise for the team.
