Cashfree - Manager - Product Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities :

- You will have ownership and responsibility to drive growth and improve retention for products being used by tens of thousands of customers to drive - 1000 Cr + of payments from millions of customers.

- You will own your product's launch, go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and value proposition; to build these, you will be expected to interact with existing and prospective customers and will own the voice of the customer.

- You will have the responsibility to craft the vision and strategy for the products you manage, and will be expected to size the market and identify the right segments along with Cashfree's Product team.

- You will be expected to understand the relevant customer segments and target audiences to design and implement effective sales strategies to enable Cashfree's sales team to achieve their targets.

- You will own the content and strategy to communicate your product's value proposition across all channels - email, social media, dashboard notifications, WhatsApp messages, pitch decks, landing pages, etc.

Required Skills :

- 2-4 years of Product Marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology companies, preferably from the payments and fintech universe;

- An MBA with a specialization in marketing or in a related field, or demonstrable work experience in driving and taking technology products to market;

- Excellent communication skills that enable you to be brief, impactful, and compelling in expressing ideas or demonstrating value;

- The ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally with multiple high-performing teams, particularly in technology-driven companies making complex software solutions for the Indian market; and

- Be outcome and result-oriented, enabling you and your team to prioritize on possible solutions and work optimally to achieve your and the organization's goals and targets.

Good to have :

- Experience in FinTech / Technology organizations

- Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization.
