What You Will Do :

- Provide legal support to accelerate and support company strategy.

- Deliver, manage and support for contractual and advisory matters.

- Provide legal and strategic advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organization on relevant subjects to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Draft, negotiate and advise on complex agreements, templates and forms.

- Identify and implement process and policy improvements.

- Maintain and increase awareness about existing & proposed regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.

- Analyze legal framework, prepare notes/ opinions/ memos and guide the company in implementation.

What you will need :

- 8+ years of post-qualification work experience.

- Minimum 3 years in a Bank.

- Strong experience in contract drafting, review and negotiations (internal & external).

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong execution experience.

Good to have :

- Experience in data protection privacy, competition law and Intellectual Property.

- Understanding of cross-border transactions.
