Job Brief : We are currently hiring a seasoned Corporate Finance professional to join our team for end to end closure of Compliance & Audit work along with day to day accounting. Main Responsibilities of a Corporate Finance Role. Your responsibilities will include: - End to end responsibility of Compliance related to Direct & Indirect Taxes like TDS, GST. - Will be responsible for Statutory Audit, Income Tax Audit of all the Companies in Cashfree Group. - Responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting. - Prepare, analyze, and reconcile all financial statements and related reports including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow reports, and variance analysis. - Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, accounts payables, general accounting, banking, direct & indirect taxation, and MIS. - Prepare consolidated accounts and ensure compliance of financials with Accounting Standards. - Deal with external auditors, internal auditors for providing data, clarifications sought on auditor's review, etc. for all necessary compliances. - Monthly closing activities for MIS Reporting. - Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth. Key Requirements: - Min 8/10+ Yrs of Exp in Corp finance with 5+ years in a team managing role - You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or an MBA. - Must have experience of handling and completing Audit with Big 4 - You have prior experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance experience in a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank covering the same industry. - Proficiency and knowledge of Tally/MS Office Applications(particularly good with Excel). - Excellent analytical skills, motivated, hardworking, and self-driven leader - You possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders. - You are result oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
