Assistant Manager/Manager - Brand Marketing What are we looking for? : We are on the lookout for a creative marketer to help us build the Cashfree Payments brand. Someone who is always all ears to know about the recent industry developments, alliances, team growth, big and small announcements, and more. Someone who is an expert at building campaigns around the same and can Create immersive content for all channels. We are looking for a compulsive storyteller to narrate these stories and give the brand a voice using strategic messaging. What you'll do: - Bring the Cashfree Payments brand to life - stay on top of all product and non-product communications and develop content for winning campaigns to communicate the same. - Take part in creating a brand Roadmap for Cashfree Payments using owned, earned and paid media channels - Own customer and consumer understanding, identifying their barriers and triggers to purchase - Build community - identify the different audience groups such as developers, CXOs, Executives, as well as industry verticals, and grow brand awareness among the communities by developing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels. - Contribute towards driving campaigns, end to end, which would include research, briefs, conceptualizing, creative development, media plans, and measurement. - Collaborate with vendors including and not limited to video and design agencies, creative/digital/media agencies, etc to execute campaigns. - Collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Product, HR, Business, Growth, PR, and Media to define, drive, and launch improvements to consumer experience including purchase - Establish and create a world-class destination for the products including Landing pages, homepage(s), brand properties (blog series, podcasts, video series, etc.) and more. - Measure brand awareness and perception. Collect and act on data and feedback to evaluate brand work and inform on upcoming initiatives. What makes you a great fit : - 2+ years of experience in Brand. - Passion for Product. You are someone who can put 'traditional' and 'non-traditional' marketing strategies and tactics at play and have the itch to reinvent the playbook, if that's what it takes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You know the power of microscopy and can draft your messaging according to the platform you want to use. - Be someone with a bias to action and a creative mind.
