The opportunity:

- Solve a complex $300+ billion problem at the cutting edge of Fintech innovation, and make a tangible difference to the small business landscape in India.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founder, CEO on mission critical projects across sales, product, marketing, operations, people and finance/capital raising for rapidly scaling the business

- Play a key role in shaping and implementing go-to-market strategy across products

- Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and the business, and recommend key interventions for enabling growth

- Collaborate with various internal teams daily to achieve successful project outcomes

- Options to take up leadership positions in business, strategy or product over time

Skills/ Qualities Required:

- Strong problem solving Structured thinking, data-driven analysis and strong ability to synthesize findings

- Passion for getting the job done A combination of grit, hustle and problem-solving skills to deliver results on time

- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Collaboration: Strong ability to work with people with diverse backgrounds and experience to get the job done

- Attention to detail - great solutions are all about the details

- Prior experience in strategy and implementation with demonstrated evidence of impact delivery

- Prior experience in early stage startup environment with demonstrated evidence of impact delivery

Nice to haves

- Prior exposure to Fintech landscape and understanding of trends in financial services

Targeting a $300+ Billion SME lending market that's currently operating in a highly-traditional manner, were on a mission to solve one of the biggest pain points of businesses in India and globally - that of access to short term credit. Lack of access to timely credit is one of the biggest reasons companies go bankrupt or are unable to grow. On the other hand, availability of timely credit has a cascading impact on any country's GDP.

We are solving this problem by creating a first-of-its-kind private exchange for businesses to get access to capital on-demand at their finger-tips, to ensure that they don't have to go chasing customers or banks for working capital. We are on the path to disburse Rs. 50,000 Crores of capital by 2025. While there are several start-ups in the larger SME lending space few are solving the problem at a scale or in a manner that we are looking to solve. We sit at the intersection of Fintech, SaaS and marketplace models with a long term view to build a Neo-bank + commerce play. Global examples include C2FO, TradeShift, Coupa, Brex, Fundbox among others.
