Key Role and Responsibilities :

1) Accounting and Compliance

- Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization

- Responsible for monthly/yearly book closing

- Responsible for all statutory compliance including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.

- Billing and collections process

- Ensure adequate controls are in place

2) Financial Planning and Analysis

- Assisting the Founders in weekly/monthly MIS Reporting

- Analyzing the variances from the forecasted number

3) Taxation

- Assisting in the Corporate taxes including the tax audit

- Assisting in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

4) Treasury

- Monitoring the day to day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

5) Other

- Interact with the Business Managers to identify, analyse and provide solutions to the business problems.

Skills/ Qualities Required:

Preferred qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (1st attempt) - 2016 or 2017 batch

- Articleship with Big-4 accounting firm

- Experience with Fin Tech Start-up/Early stage startup will be an edge

Compensation: Negotiable based on candidate profile (structured as Fixed + Variable)
