CASHe offers one of India's most accessible app-based credit lending platform which instantly underwrites and disburses short-term personal loans to people who have never had a formal credit history, all through a smartphone app. What you'd need to bring to the table: - Deep background in BNPL payments is a plus. - Proven leadership capabilities including strong thought leadership, effective decision making, and ability to drive for results. - Strong communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. - Excellent problem solving skills with a strong focus on customer success. - Areas of specialization include Business Development &amp; Partnerships, Customer Success and B2B Sales. - You should be a self-starter that can balance strategy with day-to-day running the business aspects, highly organized, and able to seamlessly prioritize a dynamic workload. - Comfortable in a very high paced environment - Experience - 8 to 12 years What you'll be doing: - You will work closely with external partners and in-house team to build and run our BNPL solutions so that the solutions serve delightful experience on BNPL use cases for our customers. - Balance business and commercial acumen, and communicate solution feasibility that drive the biggest impact on the business and value to the customers. - Own experience, product and business outcomes. - Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the lending space. - Needs to Liaise with internal stakeholders (Tech, Marketing, Operations) and external partners(merchants) to drive business Location: Mumbai Company URL: www.cashe.co.in
