CASHe - Product Analyst (1-4 yrs)
CASHe is a cutting-edge fintech and the market leader in the short-term personal lending space. CASHe aims to provide a suite of credit solutions, in term of on-app personal loans, Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) offerings, embedded journeys (already live on Google Pay) etc. to individuals whenever they need and for whatever they might need it. Using a combination of advanced tech solutions and ML based predictive models, CASHe has been able to establish its position as the to-go credit solution for urban salaried millenials.
With the company being in a hyper-growth phase, adding a host of new products and solutions every quarter, we are looking for ace product-minded folks to join our team to take ownership of a specific product stacks and enable scale and excellence in the same.
Specifically we are looking for a Product Analyst, who will be responsible for the following -
- Responsible for complete analytics around the product and diagnostics of product functionalities
- Ownership of every feature of the product lines being looked into, in terms of user behaviour and performance
- Conducting extensive user research and behavioural research to understand consumer behaviour.
- Coming up with possible changes and improvements on the features and conducting pilot tests to gauge viability and response.
- Owning the implementation of new features through coordination with tech and business teams.
- Responsible for setting up analytical frameworks to track key metrics, and deep diving into individual feature performance
The broad requirements for this role are as follows -
- Preferred start-up/mid-sized company experience, with a passion for building disruptive products
- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst/1+ years as a product analyst
- Experience with SQL (intermediary)
- Experience with Python (intermediary)
- Experience and inclination with data-driven decision making
