COE - Operations - BNPL
CASHe is a cutting-edge fintech and the market leader in the short-term personal lending space. CASHe aims to provide a suite of credit solutions, in term of on-app personal loans, Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) offerings, embedded journeys (already live on Google Pay) etc.
to individuals whenever they need and for whatever they might need it. Using a combination of advanced tech solutions and ML based predictive models, CASHe has been able to establish its position as the to-go credit solution for urban salaried millenials.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities (BNPL - COE)- Managing Payment gateways & service aggregators. Managing monthly Business and tracking business income lines. Monitoring Business portfolio trends & TTD metrics. Carry out periodic reconciliation with Payment gateways and service aggregators
- Manage Tech integrations and new product developments from business side. Liaise with Product & Tech team for ideation and drafting Business Requirement Documents of capabilities
- Drive projects' / capabilities' delivery and adoption in line with expected output metrics Front End Team Enablement
- Manage End to end onboarding of brand partners on CASHe App.
- Centralised Marketing and campaign management of BNPL Business. Liaise with Marketing, campaign management team & Key accounts team to develop and execute promo campaigns through digital channels
- Manage Cross selling product partners (eg. Insurance). Identify Cross sell product & process initiatives to deliver cross sell numbers in line with budget
- Be a part of product program discussion and get sign-off of new product or capability launch/ process change/ Charges introduction and would be responsible for creation of SOP's training documents FAQ's & propose communication for customer journeys.
- Monitor KPI's & control Chart Targets agreed and queries & complaints Post New Launch & ongoing
- Design & implement productivity improvement initiatives for Sales and Distribution Management team
- Manage tactical support interface to front end sales and key accounts team
Required Qualifications, experience and skill sets- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BFSI/Fintech industry.
- Experience in managing key accounts / OEMs in BNPL business is preferred.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of product development, tech integrations & Fintech industry
