Job Responsibilities - Devising SEO Strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. - Improving the UI/UX, content and conversion of the Company website. - Tracking conversation rates and making improvement to the website. - Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. - Managing customer acquisition/retention campaigns using Marketing Automation platform. - Work closely with digital agency for creatives, ads, content and social media communication. - Own and manage the social media platform and devise strategy for social engagement on the Company social platform - Manage Online reputation management of company on social platforms, complaint forums and competition tracking using ORM platform. - Managing Online brand and service campaigns to raise brand awareness. - Responsibility for planning budgetary control of all digital marketing. - Review new marketing technologies and keep the Company at the forefront of development in digital marketing. - Create MIS reporting of all digital marketing initiatives for leadership team. Desired Skills - Google analytics and Google AdWords certified preferred. - Well versed with Google analytics, adobe analytics, omniture and similar web analytics platform. - Hands on experience of using marketing automation platform viz. WebEngage, Adobe AEM, HubSpot Eloqua etc. - Hands on experience of managing and executing Google search, display ads, Facebook ads, Remarketing campaigns. - Good Understanding of wordpress, html, CSS and CMS platforms. - Excellent written and oral skill. - Problem solving attitude and ready to work in fast and startup like environment.
