Roles & Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

- Managing the sales and marketing operations and accountable for increasing sales volume & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

- Implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building effort.

- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the marketing strategies.

Channel Management Operations

- Formulating & implementing sales promotion plans and new store concepts to generate increased sales for achievement of revenue targets.

- Coordinating the channel partner on-boarding, partner activation, business activities & PnL management.

- Conceptualizing the sales strategy, client pitching strategy, cold calling pitch design & team coordination

- Serving consultation roles for clients of channel partners by figuring out what their financial needs are and figuring out how to increase the efficiency of the in-house fulfillment team.

- Finding out the best investment alternatives for the customers.

Product Launches / Promotions

- Conceptualizing marketing activities for successful launching of new products.

Business Development

- Identifying and developing Brand specific potential markets/channels in targeted areas ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

- Exploring markets and collating market information / reports for developing alternate channel plans.

Team Management

- Handling a team of 5 to 6 direct reportees. Ensuring Team in high spirit through continuous engagement, training & celebrating the success together.

- Ensuring clear communication of the overall strategies with the team members and drive ownership on all tasks expected to be performed by the organization.

Channel Management

- Identifying/networking with financially strong/ reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.

- Monitoring the channel partners sales and marketing activities & implementing effective strategies to maximize sales.

Client Relationship Management

- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

- Maintaining cordial relations with channel partners to sustain the profitability of the business.
