Roles & Responsibilities
Advisor Service Manager
- Develop processes for Advisors' on-boarding & ensuring processes are being followed by all city heads
- Designing processes for lead flow at backend & ensuring all leads status is updated on regular basis
- Travelling to various branch offices to ensure all processes are being followed by city offices
- Leading the team for Advisors' query resolution
- Closely coordinating with co-founders on process optimization of lead flow & status updates
- Close control on Advisors on-boarding data & data interpretation to understand required focus areas
Skills required
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or similar field with MBA (not mandatory) in General Management
- 1-5 years of Operations, Logistics or consulting experience using data to lead and support business decisions.
- A demonstrated record (1-3 years) of leading team and hiring and nurturing talent as he would be leading 1 - 10 people.
- Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and first principle problem solving approach
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what- it-takes mind-set
- A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mind-set
