About Cash Mauj :

Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where customer can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services and many more with multiple brands.

We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

Location : Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Ideal Candidate :

- Build, retain and groom a strong team as per assigned hierarchy to ensure delivery across vertical. Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals

- Manage leader relationships and be responsible as SPOC (Single point of contact) for all escalations across levels in assigned geography as per vertical

- P&L leader for the vertical and build capabilities to manage sales, operations and all other required functions

- Must be a good player in tracking productivity and daily monitoring. Build performance management systems and productivity measure bench marking

- Prior proven experience in similar vertical. Willing to take calculated risks to grow the vertical

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them for completion. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Must be a culture ambassador for the team. Ability to connect with people across teams and levels

- Must be strong in strategy building, vertical building, in sighting, innovation and P&L management

- MBA preferred and Bachelor's degree is mandatory

- Ready to work with us full time for 3-6 months only on equity (Post funding nominal) as we've zero investors and no insurance broking licence for operations currently

- Assist Founder in fundraising ventures

- Collaborate with core team in all matters of importance

- Participate in expansion activities (Investments, Acquisitions, Corporate alliances etc)

- Understanding of business functions (Operations, Finance, HR etc)

- Aptitude in problem solving and decision making

- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
