Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where customer can get all the financial services under single umbrella like Loan, Credit Card, Insurance, Investment, Fast Tag, DTH Connection, Broadband Connection, Credit Score, Credit Repair, Gift Card and many more with multiple brands. We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally. You will be responsible for : - Reviewing, advising, negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts. - Advising teams on legal and risk management issues. - Mitigating legal and commercial risk by improving awareness and understanding of legal impacts affecting the business. - Overseeing all aspects of compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Proactively identifying current/potential compliance issues and ensuring these are appropriately escalated so that appropriate remedial actions are taken in a timely manner. - Reviewing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. - Monitoring regulatory developments, analysing their business impact and updating policies and procedures to reflect these in collaboration with team members. - Conducting training on compliance matters to raise compliance awareness across the organisation. - Providing compliance advice to the business to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Acting as the main point of contact for any correspondence with regulatory authorities. - Advising the business on any changes /updates on requirements from regulatory bodies. - Reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures. - Managing a team of 6-10 people. - You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services. - You possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills. - You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India. - Prior in-house experience would be an advantage. - You possess excellent communication and business partnering skills and can collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
