- The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.

The ideal candidate is expected to :

- Understand business needs, end to end customer experiences when building payment solutions.

- Good understanding of technology especially in Fintech, Insurance, Financial Services & SaaS will be a plus.

- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

- Create business models and analyze competitive landscape

- Develop and monitor data-driven analytics

- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Responsibilities :

- 5+ Experience of driving a mobile app from scratch to launch with Product Based company related to technology and product.

- Strong depth and breadth knowledge in optimization, prototyping & stellar design instincts.

- Ready to work with us full time for 7-9 months only on equity (Post funding nominal) as we've zero investors and no insurance broking licence for operations currently

- Assist Founder in fundraising ventures

- Collaborate with core team in all matters of importance

- Participate in expansion activities (Investments, Acquisitions, Corporate alliances etc)

- Understanding of business functions (Operations, Finance, HR etc)

- Aptitude in problem solving and decision making

- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
