We've more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally. We at Cash Mauj are hiring Chief Business Officer - FinTech - Candidate should have experience at least 12 yrs in FinTech company experience is must. - A key focus area and responsibility will be fund raising on a continual basis to support growth and expansion - The incumbent will be responsible to build a strong team capable of driving the next phase of business growth for the organisation - Stakeholder management Internal : Board / Promoters / Investors/ Employees External : Key Clients / Vendors / Media / Banking Partners - Balance efforts towards longer-term strategic business results with profitable sales growth and increased market share in theshort-term - Build develop a cohesive, high performing senior management team that is mutually accountable for operating and financial performance goals. The incumbent's job is to work closely along with all functional heads and define their short/long terms goals and facilitate in achieving the - This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans over the next 5 years. The incumbent will also be part of the board and will responsible for all short/long terms communication to the Board.
