About the Role :

Cash Application is responsible for Reconciling the customers remittances received in various forms such as ACH, Check, Wires, Epay and Credit Card; No Sufficient Funds processing; Manual on-line data-entry of invoices to update accounts receivable file as needed; Perform daily cash reconciliation Cash Application is responsible for Reconciling the customers- remittances received in various forms such as ACH, Check, Wires, Epay and Credit Card; make the necessary cash corrections or adjustments to the client's account such as application of credit memos, refunding customer payments, reapplications and No Sufficient Funds processing.

Responsibilities :

- Implementing new Operating/ Control policies and review the control check-point.

- Streamlines daily processing workflow, revises and updates the procedure manuals and prepares reports accurately on a timely basis and lead any projects as required.

- Reviews data and reports trends to management. The team member will also be responsible for liaising and interacting with international working partners; providing trouble-shooting solutions for internal and external customers on financial products and services; and also may include account maintenance, report generation, training and coaching new joiners

- Plan, execute and be responsible for people, process and other line of business goals

- Interacts and/or negotiate with senior level business partners in WF US and WFIP

- Decisions made at this level are critical and have potential impact towards the WFIP & WF overall financial position

- Flexibility to work in shifts, business travel (if required) & Open for lateral opportunities as per the business requirements

- Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices

- Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures

- Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department

- Interface with India and stateside managers on production, quality and security guidelines

- Conduct performance reviews

- Projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation

- Directly manage teams comprising Team Lead/ Supervisors / Work Directors / Operations Managers and/or Individual Contributors
