Cash Management Product Expert - Bank - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-15 yrs)

We are looking for Cash Management Product experts for a Bank for Mumbai location as per following Specifications :

Preferred organizations: Banks / Networks (NPCI-Visa- MA) / Fintech /Payment Banks/ Small Finance Banks

Specific skill sets : Understanding of the Digital payment landscape in the industry. Strategise and execute projects in complex environment. Understanding of risk, governance & control

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. To strategise, develop, own, enhance and manage collections, payments and structured CMS solutions that form part of the cash management suite to be offered to corporate clients. Drive customer acquisition via bank teams/ channels and via partnerships and manage end-to-end customer life cycle on the payments and collection products.

2. Managing P&L, product performance, retention of portfolio, scale-up for the co-lending, co-branded cards, co-origination business & to deliver innovative & profitable business model. Leading Fintech accelerator for the bank. Working on innovative models for sponsorship opportunities to generate revenue for the organisation.

3. Collaborate with external partners (NPCI, Tech Service Providers, Fintech etc) and internal teams (SDG, IT, Ops, Compliance, Legal, Risk etc) for effective & secure solutioning for speedy go-live.

4. Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation, planning, vendor identification, co-creation with vendor / IT, go-live and future enhancements by working with a cross-functional team - IT, compliance, business, security, legal, finance etc.

5. Evaluate, negotiate commercials and finalize potential partnerships / partnership models from the third party tie-ups for possible integrations so as to build a business-line to grow the books in-organically through these tie-ups

6. Benchmark competitive experiences, analyze business growth and customer behaviour to define & implement a roadmap of improvements that ensure leadership in each of its categories.

7. Build relationships with incubators, accelerators, academia, service suppliers, professional services firms, start-ups, venture capitalists, regulators and government institutions within the industry

Core Competencies:

8. Functional Expertise: Specific and relevant functional expertise is a must. Deep understanding of banking products, Cards & Payments is required. Understanding of Banking processes and end to end knowledge of banking interlinked systems (Core banking, Card Host, Switch etc).

9. Domain expertise in prepaid cards and payment platforms (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, BBPS, NACH, AePS, QR code, Micro ATMs etc.), Agency banking/ Business Correspondent Banking and value added services (Bill pay, DBT etc.). Work on Govt. Projects (Subsidy Payments, PFMS, GeM etc.) is added advantage.

10. Strategic Thinker: Understands the overall ambitions/ strategy of the organisation, and how the ambitions can be realized

11. Good execution skills: Able to implement strategies by thinking through steps of implementation, taking operational decisions, and putting personal effort as needed.

12. Analytical and problem solving skills: Able to analyse/process vast amounts of data and information and gain insights to enable business acceleration. Able to dissect a problem into parts, prioritize issues, find data necessary to support analysis and come out with creative and practical solutions for implementation

KEY SKILL SETS:

- Relevant work-experience in digital banking product management and/or consumer/ client-facing collections/ payments product in Banks or Financial institutions.

 Education from Tier- 1 Institutes with relevant years of experience

- Ability/ track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.

- Team player, Independent, positive, energetic and self-motivated. Ability to lead and initiate cross departments processes. Demonstrate leadership in front of customers and peers. Excellent Communications skills
