Experience: 10-20 Years in cash application, Cash Operation, Cash Management(Prefferable from MNC organisations and much better if from MNC banks)
Note: Shift timings will be from 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM, should be flexible
Team handling is mandate.
About the Role
- Cash Application is responsible for Reconciling the customers- remittances received in various forms such as ACH, Check, Wires, Epay and Credit Card; No Sufficient Funds processing;
- Manual on-line data-entry of invoices to update accounts receivable file as needed; Perform daily cash reconciliation
- Cash Application is responsible for Reconciling the customers- remittances received in various forms such as ACH, Check, Wires, Epay and Credit Card; make the necessary cash corrections or adjustments to the client's account such as application of credit memos, refunding customer payments, reapplications and No Sufficient Funds processing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and be responsible for people, process and other line of business goals.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, business travel (if required) & Open for lateral opportunities as per the business requirements
- Take a lead role in developing and implementing best practices
- Develop metrics to measure growth and performance of the department
- Interface with India and stateside managers on production, quality and security guidelines
- Conduct performance reviews
- Interpret complex data and create Business MIS
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Assistance on any Transitions
- May lead complex cross-enterprise projects resulting in enterprise wide implementation
- Support in process expansion, staffing and new hire training
- Directly manage team size of 12-15 members
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's/PG degree holder, preferably business course - banking, accounting & finance or other related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years people management experience in banking operations (Commercial and/or CIB segment)
- > 5 years in banking industry & as a people manager
- Fluent in both verbal and written communication skills
- Proven management skills with ability to analyze issues or customer complaints and provide solution in a tactful manner
