Designation : Regional Sales Manager

Location : Kolkata

Role and Responsibility :

Maintain Sustained Profitability & Rationalize Costs :

- Ensure overall profitability of the region assigned.

- Review the business plan on regular basis and achieve revenue figures as planned.

- Analyse the booking/reservation levels of all the verticals and plan business strategy accordingly.

- Keep track of collections from clients/customers and take necessary steps to bring down the outstanding.

- Ensure Collections to match /exceed budgeted cash flow projections.

- Control Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) cost like- salaries, vendor staff payments, office running expenses etc.

- Manage administrative activities.

Business development & Market Share :

- Identify and enter into new business opportunities- corporate & airports. Strategize sales planning.

- Devise short & long term sales strategies outlining the sales plan, potential markets etc.

- Capture market share and focus on promoting all the verticals.

- Build Corporate Identity in the market.

- Aware of market opportunities and competitor strategies of tariffs plans, rates offered to the clients, clientele etc.

Education Qualification :

Graduation required .MBA for a good college is preferred

Work Experience :

- 5+ years of Sales experience. Experience in Travel and transportation companies preferred (at least 3 years).
