Job Summary:
Strategy is a key leadership role within the organization, responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance the company's competitive position in the market. The Senior Manager will collaborate with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and guide their successful execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Lead the strategic planning process, working closely with executive management to define the long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop actionable strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives, including market expansion, product diversification, and operational excellence.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to negotiate and execute deals, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor industry dynamics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across departments, such as marketing, operations, product and technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, set priorities, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 4-5+ years) in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting roles.
