General Manager

Cartisan helps car owners find the nearest, best value and quality car service providers and easily make bookings from car washes to regular maintenance and more.

Responsibilities :

- Support hiring and setting up Cartisan team operations team in Bangalore

- Create, manage database of service dealers in Bangalore and expand into other cities / regions.

- Develop strategy for approaching, assessing, convincing and enrolling new service dealers in Bangalore. Meet with Service Dealers, negotiate the terms of agreement, convince them to enroll to our services

- Will be responsible for driving revenue growth and number of dealer enrollments

- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategy for the market, run all BTL events and service campaigns to bring customers to the Cartisan platform

- Ensure service delivery through the service provider network

- Address customer issues with Service dealers and ensure improvement in customer experience. Follow up on feedbacks provided / to be provided by Car Owners.

- Regularly visit Service Dealers and maintain relationship by giving them support, information and necessary guidance

- Schedule periodical reviews with Service Providers on user feedback and promoting their service offerings.

- Identify potential revenue streams using the platform in a manner that is mutually beneficial for Cartisan as well as Service dealers

- Responsible for regular reporting of business revenues and performance against targets

- Potential to take on leadership role in the region based on performance

Requirements :

- Engineer, Preferably Masters in Business Administration

- Good Knowledge of the automobile (servicing) industry and experience in Bangalore region

- Demonstrated strong results, good at negotiations and convincing B2B customers,

- Track record of building strong relationships (preferably with the automotive dealer community) and other consumer goods franchisees

- 4-5 years- experience in the automotive business (dealer development, service)

- Process oriented, self-motivated, team worker

- Fluency in spoken and written English, Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
