Job Description :

i. Talent Strategist :

- Formulation & Execution of talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy and ensure rationalisation and optimal usage of Talent & to help organisation meet its business objective.

- Define and manage programs, create initiatives and plans for the deployment of Human Capital Strategy.

- Identify various channels of recruitment to attract and retain best of talent, induct new hires, solicit employee feedback in order to attract and retain best of talent

- Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control.

ii. Organisational Development :

- Identify and retain talent by identifying suitable career paths and compensating them accordingly so that they are motivated and they continue to add value to the company

- Development & implementation of people strategy, capability building, organisation design, talent acquisition, talent & performance management and change management to address the current & future business challenges & opportunities

- Facilitate goal setting process with all HODs by clarifying the linkages between individual goals, unit goals and organisational goals

- Build a learning culture to help up skill the resources to take up newer and larger roles Lead performance management process.

- Provide advice & support to heads of functions & senior team members on decisions pertaining to people matters and ensure high levels of ownership on talent engagement, retention & development agenda.

- Deliver robust talent management and development initiatives to ensure key talent development, succession planning, career management and performance management.

- Provide group and one-on-one coaching to Executives and Managers to support leadership development, business decision-making, people management, problem solving and performance management.

- Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.

- Understand training needs, build competency framework, facilitate and design overall training programs for the organization.

- Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

iii. Employee Engagement :

- Oversee Employee Engagement activities as planned to improve the engagement levels of the employees

- Develop and track reward to attract and retain talent. Lead the development and implementation of local reward and non-monetary recognition strategies to ensure a focus on the key business success drivers and appropriate business behaviour.

- Help shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity.

- Develop desired culture through implementation of multiple employee engagement initiatives

- Track trends in employee concerns / behavior and proactively address them. Gather feedback through various forums to build effective solutions and design action plans to bridge the gaps.

iv. HR Operations :

- Ensure smooth HR operation.

- Ensure efficient and timely salary disbursements of employees/workers

- Designs and recommend various C&B initiatives so as to attract and retain required range of manpower

- Manage employee relations in the unit and ensure that a congenial relationship is maintained with the Union Liaising with External Agencies to fulfil Statutory requirements and maintain networks with the concerned authorities Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein. This includes both annual and mid-year processes, which focus on performance management and talent development.

- Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- You will have a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related Master's degree ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification and professional certification in HR and 12-15 years of relevant work experience.

- You will be tech savvy, commercial with a strong understanding of the online space.

- You will be keen to learn, highly creative and unique in your approach to implementing HR strategies

- Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment

- Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organisation.

- Experience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy to raise the bar and upgrade capability.

- Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution.
