About the role: A challenging role in Dealer Finance Sales Job Responsibilities: - Be a self starter and on board dealers for the unique NBFC/ lending opportunity that Cars24 provides. - Be a leader by all standards - recruit, train and upskill your team and scale it in assigned area, with support from the senior leadership. - Think out of the box, and run various attractive schemes for dealers & affiliate networks, to onboard them for the program. - Communicating effectively, engage and educate dealers, with regard to the benefits of the Cars24 NBFC Program. We are looking for: - 3+ years of work experience in sales & team handling is must - Graduation / Post-graduation from a good institute - Looking for hands-on leader who is willing to get her hands dirty, right from directly interacting with dealers while on field visits, to hiring and upskilling the team. - Strong team handling skills - experience in handling a large multi-tiered team - Detail orientation and good data analytics skills is a must
