Job Responsibilities:
Basic Function: Delhi / NCR is one of the biggest market for used car business and this position to setup and grow penetration of our financing vertical with present dealer network and help business in adding right set of new dealers while analyzing market and references.
- Responsible for Channel Finance business in Delhi / NCR Region
- Close Interaction with Business team to generate new business and ensuring achievement of overall organizational targets
- Achieving Sales target without compromising on the quality of the portfolio
- Analyzing Channel Finance requirement of existing dealer network and arranging completion of all the documents / inputs for credit assessment
- End to End coordination with Internal and External stakeholders and face of the financing team to dealer partner
- Ensuring that limits are rotated within agreed time frame and financial discipline is maintained
- Maintaining healthy growth of dealer partner financing and keep pace with the growth of Region/Territory
Required Skills: -
- 4-8 years of experience in sales profile for Channel finance, auto loan, unsecured business loan, SME Loans with Banks, NBFC's / Fintech NBFC's is preferred
- Process Driven and strong performer in achieving Sales target
- Young, energetic with good communication skills and problem solving approach
- Results / output oriented / balancing needs of business / attention to detail
- Self-Starter, Process Driven / Process Oriented
Salary offered: 10 - 14 LPA
