Job brief :

We are looking to hire a rockstar CRM professional to design and execute marketing campaigns for us. We, at Cars24, are running dozens of acquisition and conversion campaigns at any given time across web, email, SMS, and Push notifications. If you have experience in successfully designing and executing at scale CRM campaigns, are comfortable with data and possess good communication we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities :

- Strategize and implement growth marketing campaigns and initiatives using techniques of CRM marketing- You will be responsible for developing campaign strategy, designing and implementing campaigns, and running A-B tests

- Track campaign metrics and trends, like Viewed rates, CTR, conversion rates

- Optimize channels and campaigns based on the performance

- Work with the Product and Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign and to launch new campaigns

- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers

- Review and select CRM software that meets our company's needs

- Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Requirements :

- 3-5 Years of experience in Growth/CRM marketing with a consumer internet company

- First-hand experience with executing email/SMS/PN campaigns. You should have a deep understanding of these channels

- You should be good with data 

- You should be able to analyze the marketing funnel and suggest avenues for improvement and growth

- Expertise with CRM and analytical systems such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Webenage or related products

- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices

- Experience working with cross-functional teams - analysts, product managers, creative

- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
