About The Role :

- Be a project lead for the core functions of the Customer experience for our new BIKES vertical for the BUYER side.

- Ensuring setting up new processes in place while we grow in the new vertical.

Responsibilities :

1. Efficiency in processes following best practices

2. Ideate new process flows

3. Identify, initiate and execute projects

4. Lead project teams in collaboration with various business teams.

5. Assure that projects tie to key business priorities

6. Guide and support regional teams for effective execution and implementation of the project
