- Responsible for Credit underwriting and Portfolio Management for used car. - To ensure highest level of portfolio quality while maintaining excellent service levels to the customer (both internal & external), with minimal defects / reworks and increasing efficiency of operations and vendor competence improvement - To formulate various products and policies for business lines, ensuring policies are aligned with the overall business plans of the organization both in terms of sales plan and also the risk to help ensure the loss numbers are within the budgets. - Root cause analysis for delinquent accounts &amp; take corrective actions in the policies &amp; programs. - Providing requisite training to the Credit Managers &amp; also the business team - Right distribution of load between Credit Managers for timely processing of loan proposals in line with the defined guidelines. - Daily Monitoring of Login Volume, Approval rates &amp; Rework for Credit Managers and locations. - Managing &amp; motivating teams to deliver superlative performance on KRAs - Cooperate with internal &amp; external auditors, provide relevant data / information, respond to audit queries for a smooth audit review completion
