About the role:

Job Responsibilities:
- Exploring and executing business tie-ups with major car OEMs such as Maruti, Hyundai etc. There is no precedence and thus it is a challenging role to craft alliance opportunities
- Identifying new sources of revenue through business tie-ups such as lead sell
- Alliances with OEMs and other car related companies for branding and marketing at our retail stores
- Alliances with other related companies for extending benefits to our customers
- Identifying and executing alliances opportunities with Car Insurance and Car loan companies
- This person will be the face of Cars24 within the Automobile Industry. This role is about building partnerships within the automobile industry and will require deep connect to leaderships across the industry.
We are looking for:
- Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams.
- Post-graduation from a Tier 1 college
- A person who is articulate, organized, data-oriented and has the ability to multi-task
- General urgency in execution and tendency toward speed with ability to adapt and change
- Proven ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
