- To grow lending business on used car sold to end buyers by Cars24.
- Responsible for sustaining and growing the revenues with P&L responsibilities covering disbursals, amount of disbursals, IRR
- Funnel management: Optimize the drop rates at every step from customer intent to document collection to credit approval and final disbursement after negotiation with customer
- Responsible for providing best of the customer onboarding experience
- Customer journey (Selling & onboarding) management on product as well as offline
- Cross function stakeholder management
- Think out of the box, and run various attractive schemes for customers
- Team management across different geographies
- Responsible for recruiting, training and performance management of the sales team- Achievement of monthly targets
We are looking for:
- 4+ years of work experience in the relevant field- Prior BD/ sales experience
- Preferably from Tier-1 Engineering college / MBA
- Looking for hands-on leader who is willing to get his hands dirty, right from directly interacting with dealers while on field visits, to hiring and upskilling the team.
- Strong team handling skills
- experience in handling a large multi-tiered team
- Detail orientation and good data analytics skills is a must
