About the role:

Job Responsibilities:

- Be a self-starter and set up the credit assessment process, starting from scratch.

- Work on the entire life-cycle of the credit assessment process, starting with an assessment of the creditworthiness of dealers, developing credit score, to writing credit policies and finally, avoiding any kind of NPA's.

- The incumbent will also be involved in a periodic review of credit for dealers from time to time, with a goal to ensure healthy wholesale/ channel finance books.

- Be a leader by all standards - recruit, train and upskill the credit team and scale it PAN India, with support from the senior leadership.

- Think out of the box, and come up with solutions to work towards automation of processes & functions with the product teams.

- Should have worked in fin-tech startup, handled unsecured MSME/SMEs

- Handle analytics around credit
