Role includes to manage all the projects which are already executed and all the upcoming Stores in East; looking after their maintenance work as well as execution (civil &amp; MEP) work end to end for upcoming projects . Critical Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Driving of the complete life cycle for a New Store Opening (Retail / Commercial Space): Feasibility Study; Scouting of location; Signing of Term Sheet &nbsp;- Negotiations with the Landlord - KYC Verification&nbsp; - Branding Approvals&nbsp; - Agreement Execution &amp; Registration&nbsp; - Scope of Work (Landlord and Company)&nbsp; - Negotiation and Execution of Lease Agreements, Franchisee Agreements. - Deep Understanding of the Real Estate Market with understanding of the market commercials - Building Relationship with key stake holders&nbsp; - Landlords, Developers and authorities. &nbsp;- Re-negotiate the rentals from landlords and convert the annual savings - Store Design, Internal and External Branding, Company design conceptualization, branding guidelines&nbsp;
