Job Responsibilities:

Core role:

1. Accounting Controls, MIS, Flash MIS, Budgeting & Compliance reporting.

2. To monitor closely, Continuously the budget vs. Actual vs. previous year and take necessary steps for cost optimization.

3. Analysis of monthly stores expenses to suggest cost reduction measures.

4. Monitoring of Credit notes, Sales return, Cash refunds, Financial matters.

5. Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and analysis to circle, regional and corporate teams. Provide timely and accurate reports / analysis on profitability, growth, competition and other KBI's etc to management Work with other departments as a business partner and help them take decisions that are favorable to the overall financial performance of the circle / organization

6. Monthly financial analysis presentation to senior level management.

7. To ensure preparation and submission of budgets on time in close co-ordination with other functions. Validating departmental inputs. Accurate, analytical & timely submission of management reporting / analysis to local management, regional & corporate.

Projects:

1. Finalization of Annual Operating Plan for FY 2018-2019.

2. Setting up the budget & tracking on every month.

3. Cost Optimization & analysis

We are looking for:

A smart CA/CFA/MBA with 1 to 3 years- experience in Financial Planning & analysis. Candidate should be smart and hard-working who likes challenges, taking initiatives and learning new areas.
