Job Responsibilities -
- Plan and execute email, SMS & Push Notification campaigns throughout the entire customer life cycle, using marketing automation tools.
- Set-up multi-channel workflows for event-based trigger campaigns.
- Ensure the efficient and consistent capture of all required data at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Assist in developing consumer segmentation campaign(broadcast) plans to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve KPI's.
- Own email campaign optimization through A/B testing and iteration.
We are looking for -
- Past experience with a marketing automation tool like Marketo, Webengage, Clevertap, Netcore Smartech, Adobe Campaign Manager, etc.
- Experience with Triggered & Broadcast campaigns with a scale of 10-15 L
- Focused and diligent when delivering high-quality solutions in a fast moving environment
- Strong analytical skills w.r.t. the key retention and acquisition metrics
Experience - 3-6 years
